So Martin has gone back to NZ for a wee holiday, and we have the (dubious) honour of looking after his Kefir bug. It soaks in milk, and we are drinking it a teaspoon at a time as Martin warned us that too much of could possibly lead to explosional durchfall. Sam is going to try to use it as a sourdough starter.
